Completely renovated apartment for 6 persons in Javea only 500 metres from the Arenal beach and boulevard. This spacious holiday apartment is situated in a quiet street just behind the Club de Tenis in Javea and at walking distance to all facilities like shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beach.

The apartment

Modern decorated, spacious apartment with completely new furniture and appliances on the second floor for 6 persons in Javea.

The building is one of the first built in Javea but the apartment itself was recently completely renovated and now has an open plan living/dining room with American kitchen. There is TV (Spanish, English), WiFi internet, a dining table and sofa-bed (on request). The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.

Furthermore there are 3 bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. There is one bedroom with double bed and closet, one bedroom with two single beds, build in closet, TV, ensuite bathroom and view on the Montgo mountain and one large bedroom with two single beds and also some views of the mountain. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms have fans.

This apartment is great for everybody who wants to be close to the Arenal beach but at the same time at a more quiet place to relax and go back to after a day on the beach.

Communal facilities

There are three apartment buildings in a completely fenced complex and the complex has a concierge.

There is a parking space in communal parking area for one car and more parking outside in front of and near the building.

The building has an elevator.

Location

This apartment is located just behind the tennis club of Javea, away from the busy main road in a more quiet street. At walking distance from all facilities like restaurants, bars, shops and of course the Arenal sandy beach with its boulevard.

The tennis club with restaurant and swimming pool is literally next door and in front of the building there is a lovely German bakery.

A great location for everybody who wants to leave their car parked on their holiday (or does not have a car) and be able to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Particularities

The holiday homes, villas and apartments are equipped for the maximum amount of people indicated at the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the holiday accommodation with more people then the indicated amount of people.

Change over day

We don´t have a fix change over day, you are welcome to arrive or depart any day of the week.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit is payable on arrival, the amount depends on the accommodation and you can find this on your reservation form. You can pay the damage deposit by bank transfer before your arrival or on your day of arrival in cash (only). When everything is left behind correctly, the damage deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer after your departure (between 3-7 working days, depending on your bank).

Additional services

Extra services like linen packages (if you did not book this already with your reservation or in case you want an extra set of bedlinen and towels), cleaning during your stay, laundry services, etc. You can book in advance or during your stay.

Travelling with little children?

In case you need a cot, high chair or playpen, don´t hesitate to contact us. Make sure to book these in advance so we can have them prepared for you at the holiday home or apartment on your arrival.

Pets

Unfortunately not all accommodation allow pets, please make sure to check this before you book your holiday home or ask us for more information. Sometimes only with a written permission up front pets are allowed and extra charges may apply for additional cleaning. It´s never allowed for pets to climb or lay on the sofa or beds.

Air conditioning and heating

Except for winter lets where costs for electricity and gas are being charged according to consumption, air conditioning and heating costs are included in the rental amount for accommodations that provide these. At any time we ask our guests for a normal use of the air conditioning (don´t leave windows and doors open at the same time and turn it off when you leave the house) as abuse will be charged.

Javea

Javea (Xabia) is situated between the San Antonio and de la Nau capes and around this area are hidden caves and bays which were once used by pirates and smugglers in the Middle Ages. These beautiful bays are now used by sunbathers, snorkelers and scuba divers. The streets in the old town of Javea are well worth exploring and here you will find a magnificent fortified Gothic church (San Bartolome) and a very good museum which explains the history of the coast from Palaeolithic times through Iberian, Roman and Medieval times.
